Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, mixed nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until it’s smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before serving.
