Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cooked lentils, water, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, baking powder, dried herbs, and black pepper.
- Blend until you’ve got a smooth mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cooling
- Allow it to cool before slicing it up to enjoy!
Notes
Serve slices warm with butter or olive oil. It can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Let it cool completely before storing to prevent sogginess.
