Slider Components
  • 12 pieces small slider buns
  • 12 slices ham
  • 12 slices cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
Butter Mixture
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the ham and cheese on top, then place the top halves of the buns.
  6. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sliders.
Baking
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the tops are golden.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These sliders can be adjusted with different cheeses, toasting the buns for extra crunch, and adding vegetables for variation. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for a month.
