Preparation
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes.
Coating
- Melt the green candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip each truffle into the melted green candy and place back on the parchment paper.
- Melt the red candy melts and use a fork to drizzle them over the truffles.
- Place mini chocolate chips on the truffles to create eyes.
- Allow them to set before serving.
Notes
These truffles can be prepared a few days in advance or even frozen for later. Store in an airtight container.
