  • 1 head Romaine lettuce Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dill Chopped
  • 3 stalks Fresh green onions Sliced
  • 100 grams Feta cheese Crumble generously on top
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation
  1. Finely chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add chopped dill and sliced green onions to the mix.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese on top—don’t skimp on this!
