  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the warm water, olive oil, honey (or sugar), and instant yeast until combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  4. Add your favorite toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Notes

This gluten-free pizza dough can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days. To freeze, wrap tightly and store for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before using.
