Preparation

- Add coconut oil and sugar, then mix well.
- Gradually stir in almond milk and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
Rolling and Filling
- Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over the dough.
- Roll tightly into a log and cut into pieces.
Baking
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Glazing
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with almond milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls and serve.
Notes
Don’t over-knead the dough to keep it soft and fluffy. You can make these rolls vegan by using plant-based butter and dairy-free milk. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to 3 months.
