Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter and milk, and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
Baking
- Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- For the glaze, whisk icing sugar with milk until smooth and drizzle over the warm rolls.
Notes
These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. For freezing, wrap tightly and store for up to 3 months. Reheat before serving.
