- In another bowl, whisk together water, melted butter, apple cider vinegar, egg, and egg white.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until dough forms.
- Dust your surface with cornstarch and knead the dough lightly.
Rolling and Rising
- Spread a softened butter on top, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll it up tightly.
- Slice the dough into rolls, place them in a greased baking dish, and let them rise in a warm area for about 30 minutes.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Icing
- While baking, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls and enjoy!
Notes
These cinnamon rolls can be prepared the night before. They can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days, and individual rolls can be reheated in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds.
