Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend Choose a blend that suits your taste.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation
  1. Preheat your pizza oven or home oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine warm water, honey, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free flour, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients; mix until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let it cool before slicing.

Notes

Store gluten-free bread in an airtight container at room temperature for about 3-5 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Toast after thawing.
