Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes
  • 4-5 pieces small/medium-sized potatoes, cubed Wash and peel before cubing.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For tossing the potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning potatoes.
  • ½ teaspoon salt For seasoning potatoes.
  • ½ teaspoon pepper For seasoning potatoes.
For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter For cooking the chicken.
  • ½ teaspoon salt For seasoning chicken.
  • ½ teaspoon pepper For seasoning chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For seasoning chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For seasoning chicken.
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • as desired Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce Add based on your taste preference.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
  2. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cooking Potatoes
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Cut the chicken into small cubes and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet, add the chicken, and cook until fully done.
Combining Flavors
  1. Stir in minced garlic and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add air-fried potatoes to the skillet and mix to coat.
Finishing Touch
  1. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, cover, and melt or broil until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop.
