Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and garlic butter until melted.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, drizzled with additional garlic butter and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra crunch: Brush the tops with a bit of olive oil before baking. You can also use ground turkey or chicken as a substitute. Add spices like paprika for extra flavor.
