  • 4 pieces pork chops Bone-in or boneless
  • 4 tablespoons butter Can substitute with olive oil or dairy-free butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
Cooking
  1. Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
  3. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Allow the chops to rest after cooking for juiciness. Serve with roasted vegetables or a light salad.
