Preparation
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon mixture into small silicone molds or onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Pop out of molds or remove from baking sheet and store in a freezer-safe container.
Notes
For serving, top with fresh fruit or drizzle with honey for added flavor. They can be stored for up to 3 months in the freezer.
