  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use any plain Greek yogurt.
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter Creamy or natural peanut butter works well.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Feel free to use dark, milk, or white chocolate.
  • Sweetener to taste (optional) Suggested sweeteners include honey or maple syrup.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Spoon mixture into small silicone molds or onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  5. Pop out of molds or remove from baking sheet and store in a freezer-safe container.

Notes

For serving, top with fresh fruit or drizzle with honey for added flavor. They can be stored for up to 3 months in the freezer.
