- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, ensuring it’s even.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheese and French fried onions.
Baking
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
This bake can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months. Consider mixing in veggies like peas or broccoli for added nutrition or swapping out chicken for grilled tofu for a vegan version.
