Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Pinch the dough to seal it, then shape it into a ball.
- Arrange the dough balls in a football shape on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic, parsley, oregano, and salt.
- Brush this mixture over the dough balls.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
This dish is great for parties and can be made in advance. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for 3-4 days and can be frozen for up to a month. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
