Preparation
- Use a kitchen torch (or a match) to smoke a small sprig of rosemary and place it on a plate.
- Quickly put a rocks glass on top of the smoking rosemary. Let it rest while you mix the drink.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with the remaining ingredients and add ice. Shake for about 10 seconds until it’s nice and chilled.
- Turn the rocks glass over and fill with ice, allowing the smoky flavor to waft through.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass and garnish with the smoked rosemary sprig. Optionally, re-smoke it again.
Notes
Serve in a cute rocks glass. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or apple slices for extra flair. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
