Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 sprig rosemary For smoking
  • 1 oz Pathfinder Spirit Non-alcoholic spirit
  • 1 oz Spiritless Kentucky 74 Spiced Non-alcoholic spiced spirit
  • 1.5 oz spiced apple cider Main flavor component
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice Adds acidity
  • 0.25 oz pure maple syrup Adds sweetness

Method

Preparation
  1. Use a kitchen torch (or a match) to smoke a small sprig of rosemary and place it on a plate.
  2. Quickly put a rocks glass on top of the smoking rosemary. Let it rest while you mix the drink.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with the remaining ingredients and add ice. Shake for about 10 seconds until it’s nice and chilled.
  4. Turn the rocks glass over and fill with ice, allowing the smoky flavor to waft through.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass and garnish with the smoked rosemary sprig. Optionally, re-smoke it again.

Notes

Serve in a cute rocks glass. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or apple slices for extra flair. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
