Preparation
  1. Combine all your ingredients in a bowl. Don’t overmix! Just stir until everything is combined.
  2. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Roll the dough out to about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Heat your skillet until it's nice and hot.

  1. Place one or two pieces in the pan, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  2. Watch them cook quickly and turn them once they get golden brown.
