- Microwave the flour in 20-second intervals until it reaches 165℉, about 40-60 seconds. Alternatively, bake it on a baking sheet in a 350℉ oven for 3-5 minutes. Whisk or sift to remove any lumps and let it cool.
- Cream the butter with both sugars in a bowl using a mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the flour, vanilla, and salt. Then add milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach that perfect creamy consistency.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently with a spatula or spoon.
