Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Add the diced sweet potatoes, chopped onion, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Mix it all up!
