Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once done, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the cream cheese and seasoning.
- Stir in the bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Top with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes. For a lighter option, replace cream cheese with Greek yogurt.
