Preparation
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Cooking Noodles
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once noodles are cooked, stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted and combined.
Finishing Touch
- Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing everything together.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge. Can be reheated on the stove or in the microwave. Freezes well for 2-3 months.
