  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • as needed Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, add the broccoli florets to the crockpot.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For added flavor, don’t skip adding the broccoli until the last 30 minutes to keep its crunch. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days and are easily reheatable.
