Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
- Add olive oil, water, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes until it thickens and becomes gel-like.
Baking
- Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Break into desired cracker sizes.
Notes
Store these beauties in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For long-term storage, freeze them for up to three months and reheat in the oven.
