  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 2 cups rice or noodles for serving
  • to taste chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken over rice or noodles, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave or crockpot with a splash of water to keep it juicy.
