Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes on top.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for 2-3 months. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave.
