Cooking Steps
  1. In your Crockpot, brown the ground hamburger and drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes, chopped onion, chicken broth, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cream and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes
