  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rice or burger buns for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning and cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it well with the creamy mixture.
  5. Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Serve over rice, in sandwiches, or on its own.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, warm it up in the microwave or on the stove.
