  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For a thicker dip, stir in more cheese at the end.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can substitute for blue cheese dressing.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
  2. Add the cream cheese and stir until well combined.
  3. Pour in the ranch dressing and mix it all together.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until heated through.
  6. Stir well before serving with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.

Notes

Leftovers keep in the fridge for 3-5 days in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
