- In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is nicely blended.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to maintain that creamy texture.
- Once hot and bubbly, sprinkle the remaining cheese and add the blue cheese crumbles on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
