Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Choose mild or hot based on preference.
  • 1 cup cream cheese For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Reserve half for topping.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles Adds a rich flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is nicely blended.
  2. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to maintain that creamy texture.
  3. Once hot and bubbly, sprinkle the remaining cheese and add the blue cheese crumbles on top.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes

Leftovers keep well in the fridge for 3-4 days. For freezing, store in an airtight container for up to a month. Reheat in microwave or crockpot until hot and creamy. Shred your chicken for fresher taste, and don't skip the stirring!
