- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and chicken broth. Pour over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- About 20 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Once cooked, drain the pasta and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
This dish can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat after thawing in the fridge overnight. Add crushed red pepper flakes for a kick or substitute chickpeas for a vegan version.
