Preparation
- Carve the pumpkin and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Rinse them well, removing as much pulp as possible.
- Lay the seeds out on a towel to dry overnight.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cleaned pumpkin seeds with avocado oil. Add chosen flavor components and mix well.
- Spread the flavored seeds on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Let them cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. Keep away from heat and moisture.
