- Dip each chicken cutlet in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

- Fry each cutlet for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Notes
For best results, pound the chicken cutlets for even cooking and consider double-dipping them in egg for an extra thick coating. If short on fresh basil, dried can be used, but fresh is recommended for the best flavor.
