  • 8 oz Pasta (your choice) Use your preferred type of pasta.
  • 1 cup Cream Heavy cream is recommended for a richer flavor.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Extra virgin olive oil for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated Parmesan is preferred.
  • 4 oz Spinach Can substitute with other greens like kale.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted water.
Cooking
  1. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Reduce heat and pour in the cream, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss everything together.
  5. Fold in spinach until wilted, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat gently and add a splash of cream for best results.
