Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted water.
Cooking
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Reduce heat and pour in the cream, stirring gently to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss everything together.
- Fold in spinach until wilted, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat gently and add a splash of cream for best results.
