Preparation
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Stir in the cooked gnocchi and feta cheese.
  2. If desired, add heavy cream or Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
