Cooking Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they’re tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the shredded cheese and cook until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-5 days. If preparing ahead, make pasta and sauce separately. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave, adding a splash of cream if needed to maintain creaminess.
