Cooking Instructions
- In a large pot, boil water and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak until cooked to your liking. Remove and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine.
- Stir in the parmesan until melted and combined with the sauce.
- Slice the steak, return it to the skillet, add the cooked tortellini, and toss everything together.
Notes
Serve with a bright garnish of parsley and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for an added kick. Can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container.
