Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use rotisserie chicken for extra ease.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to experiment with different cheeses.
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled Can be omitted or replaced with tofu bacon for vegetarian.
  • 12 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted For brushing the tops of the sliders.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adds flavor to the buttered tops.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the mixture.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the tops are golden.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
