- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet, let cool, and chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the crispy bacon, hash browns, and cheese to the egg mixture. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Garnish with optional green onions or bell peppers before serving.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. You can freeze it—slice it ahead of time and reheat in the microwave or oven.
