Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can be adjusted if using sweetened coconut.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon water
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut chips or coconut smiles
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Toss all your ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended.
  3. Scoop out teaspoons of the coconut mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a baking mat.
Baking
  1. Bake for 13-20 minutes, keeping an eye on them to ensure they get lightly browned but not burnt.
  2. Remove them from the oven and set the pan on a cooling rack. Let them cool for about 10 minutes before handling.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. For longer freshness, keep them in the fridge.
