Preparation
  1. Brew hibiscus tea and let it cool completely.
  2. In a shaker, combine coconut water, cooled hibiscus tea, lime juice, and honey (if using).
  3. Shake well to mix all the ingredients.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail mixture over the ice.
  5. Garnish with fresh hibiscus flowers or lime slices.

Notes

This mocktail is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before serving if stored.
