  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle it evenly over the blondie batter.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool before slicing into squares and serving.

Store these blondies at room temperature for 3-5 days. For longer storage, wrap them tightly and refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds.
