Ingredients
  

Churro Bites Dough
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • Oil for frying enough to fill the pot
Coating
  • 1 cup granulated sugar for coating
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon for coating
Filling
  • Nutella for filling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a pot, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a ball forms.
  3. Let it cool slightly, then beat in eggs until smooth.
Frying
  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a heavy pot.
  2. Using a piping bag, pipe small bites into the hot oil.
  3. Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
Coating and Filling
  1. In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll churro bites in the mixture.
  2. Fill each churro bite with Nutella, using a piping bag. Serve warm.
