  • 4 cups Bread or Hash Browns Layered in the dish.

  • 1 cup Vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, spinach) Chopped.
  • 1 cup Different Cheeses For extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Layer the bread or hash browns in a greased baking dish.
  4. Add cooked sausage or ham, followed by a generous layer of cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers, ensuring everything is well covered.
  6. Add any additional veggies or cheeses as desired.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight if making ahead.
Baking
  1. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden on top.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. This casserole can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
