- Cover and refrigerate overnight if making ahead.
Baking
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. This casserole can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
