Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup chocolate chips melted
For Garnish
  • Heart-shaped candy molds
  • Sprinkles optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into the heart-shaped molds, spreading it to cover the bottom.
  2. Add a small amount of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate in the molds.
  3. Cover the peanut butter layer with more melted chocolate, ensuring it is sealed.
  4. If desired, add sprinkles on top for that extra flair.
Freezing
  1. Freeze for about 30 minutes until set.
  2. Carefully remove the hearts from the molds and serve.

Notes

Serve these beauties on a pretty platter and enjoy with a glass of cold milk or hot chocolate. Store in the fridge for about a week or freeze for up to three months.
