Preparation
- Wash and dry the fresh strawberries. Make sure they’re squeaky clean!
- Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
Dipping and Decorating
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt the white chocolate and use it to create laces on the chocolate-covered strawberries for decoration.
Setting
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
Keep an eye on your chocolate as it melts to avoid burning. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. For a vegan version, use coconut or almond milk chocolate.
