- Gather your pumpkin seeds, chocolate, and any extras like sea salt or spices.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
- Stir the pumpkin seeds into the melted chocolate until they’re fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-covered seeds onto parchment paper, forming clusters.
- If using, sprinkle sea salt or cinnamon on top while the chocolate is still warm.
- Pop the clusters in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. Perfect for snacking on-the-go. Consider making a double batch!
