Preparation
  1. Gather your pumpkin seeds, chocolate, and any extras like sea salt or spices.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Stir the pumpkin seeds into the melted chocolate until they’re fully coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-covered seeds onto parchment paper, forming clusters.
  5. If using, sprinkle sea salt or cinnamon on top while the chocolate is still warm.
  6. Pop the clusters in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. Perfect for snacking on-the-go. Consider making a double batch!
