Pasta and Chicken Mixture
  • 8 oz pasta Any type of pasta according to preference
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken works great for convenience
Bacon and Sauce
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled Add extra for garnish if desired
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Adjust according to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Switch cheese varieties as desired
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped Freshness and crunch enhancer
Seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing over medium heat.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
  5. Continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

This dish keeps well in the fridge for about 3–4 days. Store in an airtight container. Great for meal prep! You can freeze it for 2–3 months; reheat gently on the stovetop, adding a splash of milk if it thickens.
