Main Ingredients
  • 30 g Chia Seeds
  • 100 g Almond Flour
  • 100 g Rice Flour
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 130 mL Filtered Water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine chia seeds, almond flour, rice flour, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add filtered water and blend everything into a sticky dough.
  3. Cover the dough tightly with cling film and allow it to rest for about 25 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of about 2 mm.
  5. Peel back the top layer of parchment and use a knife or wheel cutter to score the dough into cracker shapes.
  6. Pop the scored dough into an oven preheated to 160°C (320°F) or 140°C (285°F) for fan settings.
  7. Bake for around 60 minutes until firm; they’ll crisp up more once they are cool.
  8. Transfer the slab to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Pair them with your favorite dips like hummus, guacamole, or salsa.
  2. Slather on nut butter or cream cheese, then sprinkle with herbs or spices.
  3. Add them to your charcuterie board for an impressive snack.

  1. Store in an airtight container to keep them crisp for up to 5 days.
  2. Keep in a cool, dry spot to avoid sogginess.

Notes

For extra flavor, add spices like garlic powder or onion powder to the dough. The thinner you roll the dough, the crispier the crackers will be.
