  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Feel free to swap for pepper jack for a spicy version.
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted Can use vegan butter for a dairy-free option.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic adds great flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Other herbs can be added for variation.
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil Optional: fresh herbs can enhance flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over the cheese to form a ball and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush the garlic herb butter over the rolls.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Let the rolls cool slightly before serving. These are ideal served warm to avoid burning your mouth!
